# Adding Agreement Forms

1\) Login to the RecConnect dashboard at: [https://admin.recconnect.io](https://my.recconnect.io)

2\) Select Documents in the left hand navigation and click `Add Document`

3\) Upload and name your form appropriately. \*\***Important\*\*** The name entered in the form is the name that will be displayed to parents during registration if this document is attached to a regsitration pool.

4\) With the document added, you can now **create/edit a registration pool** to include this agreement form. Parents will not be allowed to register unless they review and agree to the forms.
