Move Registrant

If a player accidentally registered under the wrong registration pool or you need to age-up a player. Follow the steps below.

1) Login to the RecConnect dashboard at: https://admin.recconnect.io

2) Select Registrations in the left hand navigation and search for the user

3) Click the 3 dots quick action menu and click Move Registration

4) In the dialog presented, select the registration pool you would like to move the player to and click Move
