# Create Team

1\) Login to the RecConnect dashboard at: [https://admin.recconnect.io](https://my.recconnect.io/)

2\) Select Teams in the left hand navigation

3\) Click `Add Team` button and the `Create Team` dialog will be displayed.

4\) Fill out create team form and click `Create` . Use the dropdown arrow for common age groups.
